We do not require you to ship the item back. All claims are handled based on photographic or video evidence of the problem.

**Exchanges**
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing your evidence.
**EU Customers**
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
**Refund Processing**
